Patient Billing is a medical billing application used by private practices to fufil outstanding patient invoices automatically.
The Brief
Patient Billing wanted to refresh their website to better get across their brand and be more user-friendly. They also wanted to increase traffic to their website and encourage sign-ups from consultants, CEOs, administrators and HR professionals in the medical industry.

The Approach
We analysed their website and their competitors’ websites, creating user personas for their customers. We mapped out each user’s journey and redesigned the website making CTAs clearer and addressing each user’s pain points. We ensured that every part of the site was directed toward driving leads. We created desktop, tablet and mobile layouts, ensuring the website was highly responsive and accessible across all devices.
Additionally, we created a google ads strategy to increase year on year traffic to the site. We created a pay per click campaign to ensure that Patient Billing was easily accessible on Search Engines. We ensured that this strategy was easy to understand so that it could be passed on to the Patient Billing team to utilise in-house.
The results
A year-on-year traffic increase of +386% driven by a Google Ads strategy. This was a direct result of a 99% optimised Google Ads account. Ultimately, we were able to help increase revenue growth for Patient Billing.
